Job Description
We are hiring a Marketing Manager for a leading organization based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving digital marketing, brand management, corporate communications, lead generation, and website initiatives, with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Plan and manage lead generation campaigns aligned with business growth objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and prepare actionable performance reports.
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, designers, and internal stakeholders for effective campaign execution.
- Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen brand awareness and market positioning.
- Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and communication across all platforms.
- Create and manage marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, corporate profiles, and promotional materials.
- Support corporate branding, employer branding, and public relations initiatives.
- Plan and execute B2B and B2C campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Manage marketing budgets, campaign timelines, and ROI.
- Work closely with Sales and Business teams to align marketing activities with commercial objectives.
- Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring accurate content, SEO optimization, user experience, and timely updates.
- Coordinate with web developers, designers, and content teams for website enhancements and maintenance.
- Monitor website analytics and identify opportunities to improve traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring.
- Analyse marketing data and prepare dashboards and reports for management.
- Identify new market opportunities and support business expansion initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, campaign execution, and website management.
- Industry experience in Telecommunications, Satellite Communications, Technology, or B2B Services will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media marketing, lead generation, and marketing analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
