Looking for:

  • Proven experience (10–12 years) in customer service or operations within liner shipping.
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Strong coordination and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams, clients, transshipment ports, PODs, and trade teams.
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
