Job Description


We are hiring a Business Development & Sales Manager – Maritime & Offshore Services for a leading shipping company. This is an excellent opportunity for maritime professionals looking to transition into commercial and sales leadership roles, including those exploring maritime business development jobs, offshore sales careers, and shipping commercial management roles.

The role involves driving business growth, managing client relationships, developing commercial opportunities, and supporting strategic expansion across ship management, offshore engineering services, vessel registration, and marine consultancy sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within maritime and offshore sectors
  • Manage sales and business development activities for ship management, offshore engineering, vessel registration, and marine consultancy services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, offshore clients, and maritime stakeholders
  • Prepare commercial proposals, business presentations, and client engagement strategies
  • Conduct market research and identify emerging opportunities within shipping and offshore industries
  • Support contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and customer relationship management
  • Coordinate with internal operational and technical teams to ensure smooth project and service execution
  • Drive revenue growth and support long-term commercial expansion initiatives

Requirements:

  • Deck Officers with 2–8 years of sales experience are preferred
  • Strong understanding of ship management, offshore engineering services, vessel registration, or marine consultancy
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Engineering, or related field is required
  • Prior exposure to maritime or offshore industry is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial mindset with ability to work in a target-driven environment
