Mr. Arjun Singh Sekhon
Student Recruitment Officer at MLA College,- Arjun Singh Sekhon is a highly motivated Student Recruitment Officer at MLA College.
- Before joining MLA, Arjun honed his business acumen in various roles, including developing go-to-market strategies for AI solutions at Zappi and being a Project Consultant at Finastra and Chirp.
- He also holds an MSc in International Management from King’s College London and a BA in History and Philosophy from Hansraj College, University of Delhi, bringing a well-rounded perspective to student recruitment.
- Arjun enjoys exploring new landscapes through jogging and hiking.
Capt. Varun Rawat
Director of Abu Dhabi Ports Group,- Working as Director at Abu Dhabi Ports Group – Abu Dhabi Maritime Academy, He lead maritime education transformation by combining captaincy experience, simulator expertise, and regulatory insight. His vision is to advance innovative training and simulation that sets new global standards.
- As Director of the Nautical Academic Department at Abu Dhabi Maritime Academy (AD Ports Group), He bring decades of seafaring and educational expertise to shape the future of maritime training with a blend of operational insight and industry leadership.
- He was Program lead to design course and curriculum development at Abu Dhabi Maritime Academy. He was Managing the overall Academic and Competency course programs by setting learning objectives, establishing and conducting quality controls, and ensuring continuous accreditation.
- He has over 30 years of maritime experience across sailing, training, consulting, and program development.
- He Led the recruitment and management team of highly experienced Master Mariners.
- He has done masters from Blackpool and The Fylde college, Fleetwood Nautical Campus
