Data is the most important commodity in the world and as notable industrialist Mr. Mukesh Ambani states “Data is the new Gold”. For numerous reasons, shipping industry may not have captured a lot of data for our countless operations, but technology evolution has resulted in a marked change in the data that has been captured, analyzed and how decisions are being taken.

Mr. Gourav Kullu: He is a master mariner with 21 years of sailing experience on oil tankers. He also has 2 plus years of experience as a marine faculty. Currently, he is working as an independent consultant doing navigation audits and Remote VDR analysis and provides solutions to clients with extensive use of Power BI. He has also completed a course from Maven Analytics on Microsoft Power BI desktop for Business Intelligence. In addition, being an NISM-certified personnel, he uses Power BI to optimize his trading strategy to meet his investment goals.
Jayshree Tawari: Freelance Advanced Excel trainer and other MS-Office technologies with 8+ years of Experience. she has imparted training on Advanced Excel, Professional PowerPoint, Power BI, Python.
Capt. Gaurav Rana: Capt. Gaurav is the founder of Sea and Beyond and has

- Worked as Technical Director in British Maritime Technology for 4 years

Capt. Gaurav Rana
Founder, Sea and Beyond,Capt. Gaurav is the founder of Sea and Beyond which helps mariners transition ashore. He has assisted more than 100+ mariners in the career progression. Through his company, Sea and Beyond, we have been able to assist maritime professionals by

Capt. Shailesh Bhambhani
Head of Sales & Marketing,Captain Shailesh boasts an illustrious career, having sailed at various ranks with Anglo Eastern and with Bergersen Worldwide group including being a captain at the BW group. On shore he has held key roles at esteemed companies such as the Scorpio Group and Afchem India distributions Ltd. His expertise extends to directing a Singapore-based Shipping and Trade Company, overseeing the chartering of 50+ ships annually and engaged in Oil and Polymer trading. Notably, he has secured multimillion-dollar contracts and excels in establishing thriving business verticals from inception. Currently he is working with Smartship Hub. throughout his career transitioning from maritime roles to onshore responsibilities, he has adeptly leveraged Excel and Power BI to streamline his work processes and derive invaluable insights. His proficiency with these tools has significantly contributed to optimizing operational efficiencies and decision-making in the shipping and logistics domain.
