We are hiring a Customer Service Executive – Shipping & Logistics for a leading shipping company. The role involves managing customer communication, coordinating shipment activities, and ensuring smooth handling of air and sea cargo operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer service activities related to air and sea shipment operations
  • Coordinate with operations, documentation, and sales teams for smooth shipment handling
  • Handle customer inquiries, shipment updates, and service-related communication professionally
  • Support import and export shipment coordination while ensuring timely service delivery
  • Prepare and maintain shipment records, reports, and customer-related documentation
  • File Import General Manifest (IGM) with airlines and shipping lines for import shipments
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively address customer concerns or operational issues
  • Ensure compliance with shipping procedures and customer service standards
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and support operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Graduate preferred
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping operations
  • Knowledge of operational procedures for air and sea shipments
  • Experience in shipment coordination and logistics customer service functions
  • Knowledge of filing IGM with airlines and shipping lines for import shipments
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment
