Job Description


We are hiring a Senior Executive Assistant – Operations for a leading company. The role involves providing high-level executive assistance, supporting operational coordination, managing leadership communication, and ensuring smooth execution of business and administrative priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive executive and operational support to senior management
• Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, travel schedules, and management follow-ups
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, reports, MIS, and business review materials
• Attend leadership meetings, prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOM), and track action items
• Coordinate with internal departments to support operational and administrative priorities
• Maintain trackers, reports, records, and documentation for ongoing projects and management reviews
• Draft professional emails, presentations, business correspondence, and internal communications
• Support review planning, agenda preparation, document organization, and deadline monitoring
• Handle confidential business information and strategic documentation with discretion
• Act as a coordination point between management and internal/external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related field
• 6–10 years of experience in executive assistance, operations coordination, management support, or administration
• Proven experience supporting senior leadership and handling presentations, meeting documentation, and follow-up processes independently
• Experience in a corporate or fast-paced business environment is preferred
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management abilities
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage deadlines effectively
