Job Description


We are hiring a Senior Executive – Payroll, HR Operations & Administration for a leading organization based in Mumbai. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll, statutory compliance, HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and office administration while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll, including attendance, leave, incentives, reimbursements, deductions, and Full & Final settlements.
  • Coordinate with Finance for salary processing and statutory payments.
  • Ensure timely compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, TDS, and applicable labour laws.
  • Maintain statutory records and support audits and inspections.
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, taxation, and salary deductions.
  • Manage employee onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HRMS data, and personnel files.
  • Prepare HR MIS, reports, and dashboards and support HR policy implementation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updating of HRMS and payroll data.
  • Support HR analytics, automation, employee engagement, and welfare initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee information.
  • Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, maintenance, security, pantry, stationery, office supplies, and other administrative requirements.
  • Support office infrastructure, seating, access cards, employee facilities, events, and workplace requirements.
  • Monitor vendor coordination, service requirements, and administrative expenses.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and provide timely administrative support.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PGDM preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in payroll, HR operations, and statutory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS/Payroll systems and Advanced Excel.
  • Good communication, analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ownership, confidentiality, accuracy, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in administration and vendor management will be preferred.
