Job Description


We are hiring a Supplier Administrator for a leading maritime services organization. This is an excellent opportunity for administration and procurement professionals looking to build their careers in supplier management, compliance, and purchasing operations, including those exploring supplier administrator jobs, procurement support careers, and vendor management roles.

The role involves supporting supplier onboarding, maintaining supplier records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing administrative support to purchasing and accounts payable functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end supplier onboarding processes and due diligence checks
• Verify and maintain supplier account information, including bank account validation
• Ensure supplier records are maintained in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Update supplier contact information and account details as required
• Monitor supplier-related data accuracy and ensure records remain up to date
• Maintain and manage the purchasing administration inbox
• Monitor Purchase Order uploads from purchasing systems to ERP platforms and resolve any processing errors
• Ensure account details are properly verified to minimize financial and operational risks
• Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across departments
• Participate in calls, meetings, and communication activities to support procurement operations

Requirements:

• Degree qualification or equivalent experience is preferred
• Previous experience in Supplier Administration, Vendor Management, Procurement Support, or a similar role is required
• Experience conducting supplier onboarding and due diligence checks is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
• Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
