We are hiring a Customer Service Manager – Liner Shipping & Ship Agency Operations for a leading ship agency. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with shipping operational procedures and company service standards

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
  • 10–12 years of experience in customer service or operations within liner shipping\
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with clients, transshipment ports, PODs, and trade teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage operational challenges in a fast-paced shipping environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
