Job Description


We are hiring an Assistant Manager / Manager – Talent Acquisition for a leading global shipping and logistics organization based in Mumbai. The role involves leading end-to-end recruitment operations, building talent pipelines, partnering with business leaders, and driving strategic hiring initiatives for Global Business Services (GBS) operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for lateral hiring across multiple business functions including Finance, Operations, Support, IT, and shared services
• Handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination
• Build strong talent pipelines for niche, critical, and leadership hiring requirements
• Identify opportunities to reduce time-to-fill and improve hiring efficiencyrms
• Generate recruitment dashboards and hiring reports including metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Source of Hire, and Diversity Metrics
• Leverage recruitment analytics to support strategic hiring decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university is mandatory
• Master’s Degree / MBA specializing in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Business Management is preferred
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive full-cycle recruitment experience is required
• Prior experience in GBS, GCC, or large corporate matrix organizations is preferred
• Strong expertise in executive search and leadership hiring
• Deep understanding of the Indian talent market, hiring trends, and competitor mapping
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with modern ATS and HRIS platforms
