Job Description


We are hiring a Senior Sales Coordinator/ Key Account Manager for a leading freight forwarding and logistics company. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced logistics professionals looking to build their careers in freight forwarding sales, key account management, and commercial operations, including those exploring sales coordinator jobs, freight forwarding careers, and logistics business development roles.

The role involves managing key customer accounts, driving business growth, coordinating pricing activities, and strengthening customer relationships to maximize revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage and grow assigned key customer accounts
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer requirements and business opportunities
  • Conduct lead generation activities to acquire new customers and business opportunities
  • Support business expansion initiatives and strengthen market presence
  • Prepare customer quotations by applying suitable commercial margins
  • Support sales teams with pricing strategies to win new business opportunities
  • Support commercial negotiations and pricing discussions to improve business outcomes
  • Support implementation of pricing and commercial strategies that enhance profitability
  • Monitor account performance and recommend actions to improve financial results

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline is mandatory
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Shipping Industry
  • Strong operational knowledge of Freight Forwarding services, especially Sea Export Operations
  • Proven experience in Key Account Management and Customer Relationship Management
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and commercial mindset
  • Strong analytical and negotiation abilities
