Job Description


We are looking for a Crewing Executive to support crew management and crewing activities for cruise vessel operations in Glasgow, Scotland. The role is suitable for candidates with a cruise industry background, with prior shore-based crewing experience not mandatory.

The Crewing Executive will support the smooth coordination of crew-related activities for cruise vessels, working with seafarers and relevant operational stakeholders. Candidates with practical exposure to the cruise sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day crew management and crewing activities for cruise vessels.
  • Coordinate with crew members regarding joining, documentation, travel, and related requirements.
  • Maintain accurate crew records and ensure required documentation is up to date.
  • Coordinate crew movements, embarkation, disembarkation, and travel arrangements.
  • Communicate with vessels, crew members, and internal stakeholders to resolve crewing-related queries.
  • Support timely crew deployment and ensure operational requirements are met.
  • Assist with crew documentation, compliance, and other administrative requirements.
  • Maintain professional communication with seafarers and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Cruise industry background is preferred/required.
  • Prior shore-based crewing experience is not mandatory.
  • Candidates with relevant cruise vessel or seagoing cruise experience may be considered.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Comfortable working with crew documentation and operational processes.
  • Local candidates based in or around Glasgow, Scotland are preferred.
  • Open to all genders.
